Privacy Policy — OuiSi Daily
This policy covers the OuiSi Daily iPhone app, made by OuiSi Inc. (Hudson Valley, New York).
The short version: we collect nothing. Not a little — nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, and no way for us to know you are using the app.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no list to put here.
Your photo stays on your phone
Each day the app shows one photo, the same one for everyone. The photo you add in response is stored only on your device. So is the original it was cropped from, so you can re-edit it. It is never uploaded, it is excluded from iCloud Backup, and it is deleted automatically once it is more than 11 days old. We never receive it and could not retrieve it if asked.
If you want to keep one, share or save the image — that is the only copy that survives.
The one thing the app does over the internet
It downloads the day's photo from ouisi.co. That request tells our web host the same thing any visit to our website does: that a device asked for a file. We don't log it, analyse it, or connect it to anything.
Camera and photo library
Used only at the moment you choose to take or pick a photo. The app receives the single image you select and nothing else, and never browses your library.
Your signature
If you add a signature, it is stored on your device and drawn into images you choose to share. It is never sent to us.
What we don't do
- No accounts, no sign-in, no identifiers
- No analytics, no tracking SDKs, no advertising
- No third-party code of any kind
- No selling or sharing data, because there is none to sell or share
Children
OuiSi Daily collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
