Terms & Conditions — OuiSi Daily

These terms are an agreement between you and OuiSi Inc. ("OuiSi," "we") covering your use of the OuiSi Daily iPhone app. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Beta software

OuiSi Daily is in beta testing. It will have bugs and features will change.

2. Your photo

You own the photo you add. It stays on your device — we never receive it, so we claim no licence to it whatsoever.

It stays on your phone for 11 days so you can go back to it, then deletes itself. We don't hold a copy and can't restore one, so save or share anything you want to keep.

3. The day's photo

OuiSi publishes one photo per day inside the app. That photo is ours. The share image the app makes for you — your answer paired with the day's photo, carrying OuiSi branding — is yours to post anywhere you like. What we ask is that you don't lift the day's photo out on its own and republish or sell it separately.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use OuiSi Daily to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit. Since nothing you add leaves your device, this is a matter between you and whoever you choose to share with.

5. The service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. It is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OuiSi Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
